AV Product Specialist

twentyAI are partnering with a leading professional services firm that is currently going through a Tech and Data transformation. Recognized for its collaborative culture, inclusive environment, and commitment to continuous learning, the firm combines world-class legal expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

The Role

As the AV Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role within the Technology & Data function. You will be responsible for managing and evolving a portfolio of workplace technology services such as audio-visual infrastructure, physical security systems, secure print and scan solutions, and smart workplace management tools (including meeting room booking, desk management, and visitor systems).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations and agile delivery of workplace technology services.
  • Define and execute the AV technology product vision in line with organisational goals.
  • Gather and translate user needs into actionable product features by working closely with internal users and teams.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs using prioritization frameworks.
  • Utilize usage data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Monitor service performance and implement improvements based on metrics and user feedback.
  • Collaborate with IT, facilities, and security teams to deliver combined workplace solutions.
  • Provide reports and presentations to stakeholders and leadership on service status and progress.
  • Deliver training and support to end users to maximize adoption and effective use of technology tools.
  • Keep current with workplace technology trends and best practices, including sustainability.

Requirements

  • Experience managing AV technology services.
  • Strong understanding of workplace technologies, security systems, and operational IT environments.
  • Proven ability to define and deliver product roadmaps in an agile setting.
  • Skilled at gathering and translating user requirements into product features and improvements.
  • Analytical approach, with experience using data to optimize services and workplace operations.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to deliver reports, presentations, and user training.
  • Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (IT, facilities, security).
  • Strong awareness of industry trends and a focus on continuous improvement and sustainability.
