Are you an experienced AV Programmer looking to take ownership of complex, high-end integration projects while developing intuitive control systems used across cutting-edge commercial environments?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation delivering integrated AV solutions into corporate, education, and hospitality environments. You will play a key role in designing and developing control systems that ensure seamless user experiences across a range of technologies.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Programming and configuring AV control systems
- Developing clean and user-friendly interfaces
- Ensuring full system functionality during commissioning
- Working closely with engineers and project teams to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to client requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience with industry-standard AV platforms
- A solid understanding of signal flow and communication protocols
This position offers long-term stability, technical development, and the chance to work on innovative projects within a supportive team environment.
The Role
- Programming AV control systems using platforms such as Crestron, AMX, or Extron
- Designing intuitive user interfaces for touch panels and control systems
- Commissioning systems on-site, including testing and troubleshooting
- Integrating AV systems with wider technologies such as video conferencing and building systems
The Person
- Proven experience as an AV Programmer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in platforms such as Crestron (SIMPL, SIMPL+, VTPro-e), AMX, or Extron
- Good understanding of AV signal flow and communication protocols (RS-232/IP)
- Comfortable with on-site commissioning and debugging
