Job Title: AV Project Manager
Location: London (Site & Office Based)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000+ DOE
The Company
We're working with a highly respected AV and smart home integration specialist with an outstanding reputation for delivering some of the UK's most technically advanced residential projects. As demand continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value installations from concept through to completion.

The Role
As Project Manager, you'll take ownership of the successful delivery of high-end residential AV and smart home projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
- Manage multiple high-value residential AV and smart home projects from initial design through to final handover
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, contractors, and installation teams
- Oversee system design, technical documentation, and project drawings throughout delivery
- Manage project budgets, variations, procurement, invoicing, and commercial performance
- Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and support teams to ensure projects remain on programme
- Lead regular site meetings and provide clear project updates to all stakeholders
- Ensure health & safety compliance, RAMS, and site standards are maintained
- Deliver seamless project handovers and maintain exceptional client relationships throughout
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering high-end AV or smart home integration projects
- Strong technical understanding of integrated AV, lighting control, networking, and automation systems
- Experience with industry-leading control platforms such as Crestron, Savant, Lutron, or similar
- Confident interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and system documentation
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets and client variations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous hands-on engineering experience with strong technical fault-finding ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience delivering luxury residential projects or large-scale bespoke installations would be a significant advantage.
