Are you an Events Technician or AV Technician with experience in sound, lighting, and event production, looking to join a growing production company working on conferences, festivals, luxury weddings, and private events?
Do you want a hands-on role within a close-knit and supportive team where you'll work on a wide variety of high-end live events, with regular overtime opportunities and the chance to further develop your technical production skills?
This growing live events production company specialises in AV hire, sound, lighting, staging, and rigging solutions for events across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Audio Visual Technician to support the delivery of professional live productions.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, installing, operating, and dismantling professional AV systems across a range of events. You will work closely with the wider production team to deliver high-quality technical setups while maintaining excellent customer service standards on-site.

This role would suit an AV Technician, Sound & Lighting Technician, or Event Technician with experience in live events or AV hire environments, looking for a varied and exciting role within a growing production business.
The Role:
- Install and dismantle professional sound, lighting, and video systems
- Setup and operate lighting desks, moving lights, and DMX systems
- Operate live sound and PA systems during events
- Support staging installations and event setup activities
- Prepare and maintain AV equipment in the warehouse
- Load, transport, and unload equipment to venues
- Provide technical support during live events
- Work closely with clients, venues, and internal production teams
The Person:
- Experience within live events, AV hire, or technical production
- Knowledge of professional sound and lighting systems
- Flexible with Evening / Weekend work
- Full UK Driving Licence
