AV Trading Account Manager 📍London We’re looking for a talented and driven AV Trading Account Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Board Director and Head of AV to optimise media investment performance and support both investment and client teams in delivering outstanding results. You’ll also have the opportunity to sharpen your negotiation skills and deepen your expertise in value tracking. You’ll hit the ground running, owning key media owner relationships and acting as the go-to partner for client teams. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, so building strong, effective relationships and working seamlessly with others will be essential to your success. 🚀 What you’ll be doing Oversee and prioritise workloads for direct reports, ensuring efficient delivery and high standards. Support the client and trading teams in delivering the agency’s AV trading vision. Identify and implement opportunities to improve AV output and operational effectiveness. Develop a strong understanding of AV channels and how they integrate to deliver WRP and ARM’s Unfair Competitive Advantage (UCA) across media. Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners and key stakeholders. Monitor media owner performance against planned volumes and ensure campaign delivery remains on track. Understand and manage media owner TOBs, and billing queries. Support data led optimisation discussions between client teams and media owners. Ensure accurate campaign setup in Caria and assist in pricing negotiations where appropriate. Lead the monthly TV reconciliation process, ensuring timely and accurate input from client teams. Produce and share insight reports on audience behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity for internal and client use. Develop expertise in media owner platforms (e.g., C4 Portal, Planet V) and ARMalytics. Manage and maintain key trading and financial tracking documents, including: Monthly SH split sheets Media owner advance forecasts Value pot tracker Pricing incentive sheets 🏆What we’re looking for 2–4 years’ experience within a media agency or media owner environment, ideally in a buying or trading role. We also welcome high-calibre candidates from related industries, such as finance, auditing, or marketing, who can demonstrate strong commercial acumen and transferable skills. Strong AV market knowledge and understanding of media investment and trading principles Proven ability to build and manage media owner relationships Confidence to lead, influence and act as a key contact for client teams A proactive, fast learner with strong commercial awareness Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A problem-solver with attention to detail, particularly in tracking value and resolving trading issues Ability to analyse data and monitor trading performance across clients and media owners Comfortable working cross-functionally with investment, client, trading, and finance teams A curious, commercially minded thinker who keeps up to date with market trends and trade press Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) Experience (or familiarity) with key industry tools such as BARB, Media Explorer, Caria, TechEdge/CFlight, AdDynamix, TGI, Mediatel ✨ Why Join ARM?
