We are seeking an experienced AV Trailer editor to drive the hands-on development of AV marketing campaigns for our streaming service across Europe, based in the UK. As an AV specialist, you will concept, create, and deliver marketing assets — including AV & Online Trailers, Online Content, Social Content, and Animated Key Art — using a combination of Gen-AI technology and traditional production tools.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality marketing AV creative assets (trailers, multi-title edits, social cuts, and more) that resonate with diverse European audiences.
- Test, adopt, and scale new creative technologies in the Gen-AI space across all creative disciplines.
- Take ownership of end-to-end creative delivery, from initial concept through final output.
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative creative maker, passionate about AV visual storytelling, design, and technology. You possess excellent (and demonstrable) editing skills with a track record of high-quality entertainment work, strong Gen-AI sensibilities, mastery of Gen-AI tools (e.g. Runway, Midjourney, Pika), and deep proficiency in traditional AV editing tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). You push creative boundaries with new technologies while delivering on business objectives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You Invent and Simplify — finding new ways to raise the creative bar while driving efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
