Available Homes Property Officer (Hyperlink to Full Role)
Salary: £34,012 to £39,419 per annum Hours: 36 hours per week Location: Hybrid working arrangement (selectable offices: Fountain Street, Manchester; Harefield West, Leeds; Warrington; with vehicle access preferred due to region-based travel) Contract Type: Secondment/fixed term contract until July 2027
About the Role
Join Clarion’s Available Homes Team and take a proactive role in helping our customers move into their new homes faster. Your core responsibility will be to minimise property vacant periods while delivering a high-quality service.

Location & Travel
Hybrid role with office-based, home-based, and community-based work across Yorkshire or North West regions. Occasional travel to Birmingham for team meetings.
Applicants must demonstrate willingness and ability to travel across regions as required.
Requirements
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance mandatory.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to improving service delivery.
