Avaloq Consultant / Management Consultant
Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent
Drive transformation across core banking and wealth management platforms using Avaloq
The Role
We are expanding our Wealth and Asset Management capability and are seeking experienced Avaloq professionals to support growing client demand across core banking and wealth platform transformation. You will play a key role in delivering complex change programmes, working across business and technology teams to maximise the value of the Avaloq platform and deliver scalable solutions for leading financial institutions.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of Avaloq implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and integration programmes
- Configure and optimise Avaloq functionality across core banking, wealth management, payments, securities, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to define functional and technical requirements
- Support data migration, system integration, and platform modernisation initiatives
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder alignment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with the Avaloq Core Platform in a business, functional, or technical capacity
- Experience in at least one of: Avaloq configuration, parameterisation, integration, data migration, or platform implementation projects
- Strong understanding of private banking, wealth management, or core banking operations
- Experience working across areas such as client lifecycle management, payments, securities, portfolio management, or regulatory reporting
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points For
- Experience with Avaloq ICE, Avaloq Front Platform, or Digital Banking solutions
- Knowledge of Avaloq scripting, interfaces, APIs, or integration frameworks
- Technical skills such as SQL, Oracle, Java, or cloud-based technologies
- Experience within consulting or client-facing delivery environments
- Exposure to target operating model design and large-scale transformation programmes within wealth management organisations
