As one of our highly skilled Counter Managers you will provide welcoming, authentic, and personalised service to our customers to achieve all customer service and sales targets. We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast paced retail environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be Chief Executive Officer of your own store. Compensation and Benefits Competitive industry salary Commission scheme eligibility Product discount Extensive Training & development offering Qualifications You will have: Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment Ability to deliver services and product demos to clients utilising state of the art technology Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling Experience of creating and executing in-store events Flexible availability across days/hours.
