The Aviation Business Development Lead

The Aviation Business Development Lead will spearhead growth initiatives, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities within the Aviation & Distribution industry. This role is field-based and is ideal for a professional with a focus on sales and business development.

Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the aviation sector.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Transport & Distribution industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and establish new connections.

Profile

A successful Aviation Business Development Lead should have:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, within the Aviation & Distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of the aviation sector and its commercial landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain relationships.
  • Proficiency in analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset to achieve targets.
  • Experience working with Chinese airlines or air cargo partnerships is a strong advantage.

Language Requirement (Essential)

Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is essential to effectively engage with Chinese airline partners and internal stakeholders.
