The Aviation Business Development Lead
The Aviation Business Development Lead will spearhead growth initiatives, fostering relationships and identifying opportunities within the Aviation & Distribution industry. This role is field-based and is ideal for a professional with a focus on sales and business development.

Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth in the aviation sector.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Transport & Distribution industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Analyse sales performance and provide actionable insights to enhance outcomes.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and establish new connections.

Profile
A successful Aviation Business Development Lead should have:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, within the Aviation & Distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of the aviation sector and its commercial landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and sustain relationships.
- Proficiency in analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
- Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset to achieve targets.
- Experience working with Chinese airlines or air cargo partnerships is a strong advantage.

Language Requirement (Essential)
Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) and English is essential to effectively engage with Chinese airline partners and internal stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
