Aviation Communications Transcriber (ATC)

About The Role

We're building next-generation AI systems for aviation and autonomous flight — and we need people who actually understand what's happening on the radio. If you've spent time in a cockpit, in a control tower, or just glued to LiveATC, this is your chance to put that knowledge to work in a meaningful way.

This is not generic transcription work. This is specialized, high-impact audio labeling that directly shapes how AI understands the language of aviation.

**[Event/Position Title](**Alignerr, Powered by Labelbox) (Type: Hourly / Task-Based Contract, Location: Fully Remote, Commitment: 10–40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do

  • Transcribe real-world Air Traffic Control (ATC) and pilot audio recordings with precision
  • Label speakers, callsigns, clearances, readbacks, and instructions accurately
  • Capture aviation-specific terminology, abbreviations, and standard phraseology correctly
  • Work through task-based assignments at your own pace and schedule
  • Maintain high accuracy and quality standards — this work directly supports aviation safety AI

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
