Hours: 4 on 4 off, 07.00-19.00 and 19.00-07.00
Pay: £ 15.25
Are you looking for a new and exciting role? Join our team at Belfast International Airport as a Aviation Security Supervisor, playing a crucial role where you will be responsible for supervising the security operation on a shift basis at Belfast International Airport. The Security Supervisor is responsible for the effective supervision of all security officers and the compliance of the operation, as well as being the first point of contact for the Duty Manager / Station Manager for any operational issues. The Security Supervisor is responsible for the optimal performance and compliance of their team, as well as keeping the Duty Manager appraised of daily performance, service delivery, compliance issues and any other operational issues that should arise.
About The Role
As a Aviation Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- To deliver results that meet or exceed the customer expectation through full responsibility and accountability for
- Overall supervision of operations (CSA, OOG, HBS, CP1, Security East, CP3, CP9, CP11, Ticket Presentation, Security Escorts, External Clients and Patrols)
- Operational briefings
- Co-ordination and motivation of team
- Responsible for the set-up of the platform

What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Hold excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work both day and night shifts.
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure.
Essential
- Hold current CRC (or have no disqualifying criminal convictions and are able to obtain one)
- Hold current CTC clearance
- Fluent spoken/ written English
- Be available for work 24/7 as the work is shift based
DESIREABLE
- Experience of working in aviation security
- Team Leader/Supervisory Experience
- GSS Aviation Security qualification
