This senior position will congratration you into Agentforce, the future of AI, and give you a central role in shaping Salesforce’s strategy and leadership for Insurance & Wealth Management across the UKI market. Your vision and execution will play a critical part in top-line growth, establishing operational excellence, and embedding Salesforce’s core values: Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, and Equality.
Your mission as AVP of Insurance & Wealth Management is to define, drive, and lead a transformative trajectory through:
- Defining the Strategy: Vision, creativity, and execution to solidify Insurance & Wealth Management as a powerhouse.
- Driving Exponential Growth: Generating rapid revenue, bookings, and leading market expansion through scalable, repeatable sales processes.
- Championing Customer Success: Forming deep CxO-level alliances, enabling CXOs to leverage Salesforce’s solutions to unlock transformation at scale.
- Inspiring Excellence: Building and nurturing a high-performance sales team that caters to measurable results while embracing innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
Core Responsibilities
Your leadership will focus on strategic foresight, execution, and scalability, ensuring the following priorities are met:

Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Draft and execute bold, forward-looking strategies to outperform competitors and support UKI Insurance & Wealth Management’s ambitious revenue goals.
- Expand and solidify Salesforce’s markets within Finance & Sales Insurance/Banking sectors, improving loyalty, retention, and long-term value.
- Stay ahead of digital transformation and innovation trends, positioning Salesforce as a thought leader through best-value consultative partnerships.

Sales Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Lead a high-performing sales organization, including Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and Account Executives (AEs), ensuring vision, goals, team alignment, and consistent account growth.
- Introduce robust sales processes and KPIs— paved through data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and structured reporting—to support transparent, predictable growth.
- Bridge revenue targets with strategic execution strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business performance objectives.

Seekers of this role must possess a comprehensive blend of leadership acumen, industry expertise, and relentless drive:
Sales Leadership Expertise
- Proven high-impact record in selling AI, digital transformation, or Sales-driven FinTech/Insurance solutions with substantial revenue growth track records—preferably in a multi-account matrixيا (F&SI environments).
- Visionary will in growth: Plan and execute insurance and wealth management deals, spanning Segmental Sharing (RR), middle deals, and large transformative ventures with high value, ensuring constant streams of closure at all stages.
- Align and engage: Expertise in tailoring value propositions, presence, and closing complex high-stakes negotiations with CxO level stakeholders.
- Talent Builder/Retainer: A prover/success in increasing team effectiveness, retention, and scalability through structured development pipelines, mentorship, and cultural growth.
Operational & Strategic Acumen
- Scalability by design: Implemented and scaled repeatable, data-driven sales processes guiding high-performance metrics and predictive rigor.
- Market and analytical edge: Strong grasp of F&SI, Insurance & Wealth Management dynamics, market trends, cost-reduction strategies, and identifying transformational opportunities.
