About the Role
The AVP, International Partner Management (EMEA & APAC) leads the partner management strategy, driving business impact and accelerating growth across EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and APAC (Asia-Pacific) regions. This role defines the vision, operating model, and governance framework for Hyland’s international partner ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives, revenue growth, and market expansion.
The incumbente; will:
- Oversee partner leadership teams and strategic partner initiatives in EMEA & APAC
- Drive partner-led growth through co-sell and resell motions
- Build enduring strategic relationships with systems integrators, cloud providers, distributors, and value-added resellers
Responsibilities

Partner Strategy Execution
- Define and execute an international partner management strategy across EMEA & APAC, aligning with global corporate priorities.
- Lead regional partner management organizations, oversee senior leaders, and develop scalable frameworks for:
- Partner engagement
- Joint business planning
- Governance and performance management

Strategic Partner Relationships
- Build and strengthen high-value relationships with:
- Global & regional systems integrators
- Technology partners
- Cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Distributors & value-added resellers (VARs)
- Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies to accelerate pipeline generation, bookings, and customer adoption.
- Build and strengthen high-value relationships with:

Revenue Growth & Commercial Impact
- Fuel partner-driven revenue growth via co-sell and resell motions.
- Establish regional growth plans and companion initiatives aligned with:
- Corporate priorities
- Market opportunities
- Emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, content management).

- Partner ecosystem investments
- Market opportunities

- Innovation trends (e.g., AI, content services).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on:
Role Essentials
To thrive in this position, you will bring:

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in enterprise software, technology, ECM, AI, or content services—or related field.
- 15+ years in enterprise software, AI, content management, or related industries.
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing regional teams (geographically dispersed).

Partner Management & Revenue Growth
- Leadership track record scaling international partner organizations in EMEA & APAC.
- Demonstrated ability to drive:
- Partner ecosystem expansion
- Measurable revenue growth
- Proven expertise in co-sell and resell motions, with a deep understanding of:
- Enterprise software sales
- Channel strategies
- Indirect go-to-market models

- Experience managing executive relationships with:
- Strategic partners (e.g., SIs, cloud providers, distributors).
- Fiscal accountability for:
- Partner investments
