About the Role
Sales Manager (Private Markets Vertical)
This role is led by Third Bridge Group, a leading global research firm established in 2007, with a team of over 1,500 employees worldwide. Their mission is to fuel decision-making for investors and business leaders through expert insights across multiple sectors, geographies, and topics.
They offer unparalleled access to knowledge via their in-person expertise and research Library covering over 65,000 companies. As a Sales Manager within the Private Markets vertical, your responsibility will be to drive new business growth and expand client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Third Bridge’s value proposition across their entire suite of primary research services
- Prospect potential private markets clients, develop relationships, and understand their broader research needs
- Oversee the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Nurture and track accounts, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling at the account level
- Ensure smooth handoffs to the Account Management team, including onboarding and stakeholder introductions
- Collaborate with the Sales Associate team to support prospecting and lead qualifying
- Assist the Regional Head of Sales in user acquisition initiatives

Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience (preferably in private equity, M&A, public equity, or credit sectors)
- Ability to effectively follow up on leads with strong networking skills
- Strong proficiency in pipeline forecasting and prediction accuracy
- Intellectual curiosity with a focus on market knowledge
- Executive presence, high drive, and exceptional sales acumen
- Experience in presenting to C-level decision-makers
- Track record of building strategic client relationships with high value-added insights
- Strong computer proficiency, organisation, communication, and presentation skills
- familiarity with large investment organisations is a plus
