£80,000 – £100,000 + bonus + benefits

Are you an intellectually curious, dynamic, and analytical professional with 5+ years Private Equity experience?

Are you a natural communicator and relationship builder? Do you have excellent attention to detail, elite organisational and time-management skills?

Our client is looking for an exceptional individual with a background in transaction management and investment services, to project-manage the smooth and timely closing of investments across their Private Equity strategies.

You'll need a solid understanding of legal documentation and a working knowledge of the alternative investment sector, along with the ability to juggle a significant deal flow across multiple strategies without missing a beat.

Role:

  • Support deal closing processes, navigating complex deals against short timelines
  • Enhance and automate key operational processes, and strengthen process management with a focus on efficiency and scale
  • Act as the go-to resource on process and policy queries
  • Contribute to mentorship and knowledge-sharing across the wider Transaction Management team
  • Serve as the middle office point of contact for Legal Counsels, Custodians, and KYC/AML agents, providing timely support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely exchange of KYC documentation, processing of fundings, and resolution of related queries
  • Track and update deal closing tasks in the internal digital workflow platform, and maintain complete closing documentation for circulation to stakeholders and retention in the document management system
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on the timely review, execution, notarisation, exchange, and tracking of pre-deal and investment documentation
  • Manage the accurate processing and reconciliation of investment commitments, FCC requests, and audit findings
  • Ensure daily and monthly deliverables are managed consistently across global time zones

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
