The role is with a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious wealth management professional eager to progress within their advisory career in a fast-growing, technology-enabled financial services setting.
The successful candidate will collaborate with a senior advisor to support and expand a client portfolio across diverse financial planning needs, taking on increasing ownership of client relationships over time. The position merges advisory excellence with business development, offering significant opportunity to grow both client assignments and long-term career prospects. You’ll join a modern wealth management framework, blending human expertise with advanced digital tools to deliver highly personalized client outcomes. Fostering a client-first, entrepreneurial culture, this role emphasises initiative, trust, and performance, with mentorship, high-quality leads, and scalable systems designed to drive scalable success.
Accountabilities
- Support and manage client relationships across:
- Retirement planning
- Tax strategy optimisation
- Investment management
- Equity compensation
- Real estate planning
- Estate coordination
- Work alongside a senior advisor to service existing clients while progressively moving towards complete relationship ownership.
- Engage with new client inquiries and introductions, converting them into long-term advisory relationships.
- Expand business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive community/professional engagement.
- Leverage modern financial planning tools and platforms to deliver tailored, high-quality advice and enhanced client experiences.
- Assist in the operational development of the advisory practice, contributing to growth and succession planning.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role.
- Active Series 65 or Series 66 licence (required).
- Strong grasp of core financial planning principles, including:
- Retirement planning
- Investment management
- Tax fundamentals
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills, client pipeline management, and track record of independent follow-through.
