Accountabilities
- Support and manage client relationships across:
- Retirement planning,
- Tax strategy,
- Investment management,
- Equity compensation,
- Real estate, and
- Estate coordination.
- Assist a senior advisor in servicing existing clients, progressively taking on more responsibility and ownership over time.
- Engage with new client inquiries and leads, converting introductions into long-term advisory relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities through:
- Referrals,
- Networking, and
- Proactive community and professional engagement.
- Leverage modern financial planning tools and platforms to deliver tailored, high-quality advice and client experiences.
- Contribute to the operational development of the advisory practice and support its long-term growth and succession planning.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related advisory role.
- Active Series 65 or Series 66 license (required).
- Strong understanding of core financial planning principles, including:
- Retirement planning,
- Investment management, and
- Tax fundamentals.
- Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on building trusted, long-term relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to:
- Manage a client pipeline, and
- Follow through on commitments independently.
Bonus Qualifications (if applicable)
- CFP® designation (or in progress),
- Existing book of business, or
- Experience working with:
- Executives,
- Tech professionals, or
- Retirees.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools such as eMoney or MoneyGuidePro.
