About The Role
PwC's Asset and Wealth Management practice is a market-leading audit and assurance business, with a national team of over 600 people supporting clients across the sector.
As a Non-Financial Assurance Manager, you'll work with clients across asset management, private markets, real estate funds and investment operations, helping them strengthen governance, risk management and operational effectiveness.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, building trusted client relationships and delivering high-quality assurance work in a collaborative, inclusive and purpose-led environment.
What Your Days Will Look Like
- Play a key role in delivering complex assurance engagements and supporting the continued growth of the Asset and Wealth Management practice.
- Lead assurance engagements across multiple workstreams, managing quality, delivery, risk and stakeholder expectations.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients and provide practical insight on emerging industry challenges.
- Coach and develop team members, creating an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
- Use technology, data and digital solutions to improve client delivery and operational efficiency.

This role is for you if
- Must possess a Chartered Accountant / ACA / ACCA / ICAS qualification (or an international equivalent) or have equivalent work experience. This includes international candidates who qualify through experience in their home country.
- You have experience in Asset and Wealth Management, Financial Services Assurance or a related professional services environment.
- You have delivered assurance engagements under standards such as ISAE 3000, ISAE 3402, ISAE 3410, AAF 01/20, SOC1 or SOC2.
- You understand governance, risk and control frameworks within asset and wealth management.
- You have managed complex client engagements and competing priorities.
- You have experience coaching and developing teams.
