We tackle the most complex problems in quantitative finance, by bringing scientific clarity to financial complexity.

From our London HQ, we unite world-class researchers and engineers in an environment that values deep exploration and methodical execution — because the best ideas take time to evolve. Together we’re building a world-class platform to amplify our teams’ most powerful ideas.

As part of our engineering team, you’ll shape the platforms and tools that drive high-impact research – designing systems that scale, accelerate discovery and support innovation across the firm.

Take the next step in your career.

The role

In this role, you’ll take ownership of our AWS landing zones and shared platform services, designing secure, scalable, multi-account environments that balance autonomy for engineering teams with strong governance and compliance. You’ll deliver robust, automated foundations using Infrastructure as Code, enabling consistent and repeatable cloud adoption across the organisation.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with application engineers, architecture, security, and other platform teams to support the design and delivery of cloud-based workloads. You’ll provide architectural guidance, define best practices, and ensure reliability, security, and operational excellence are embedded throughout the stack.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
