Job Description: AWS Platform & DevSecOps Engineer
Note: The position is for the UK region, so candidates residing in the UK are preferred. Holding a Security Clearance certificate is an added plus.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AWS Platform & DevSecOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable identity and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ForgeRock and Ping Identity platforms, cloud-native deployments, and DevSecOps automation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- IAM Engineering: Implement and manage IAM solutions using ForgeRock AM, IDM, Directory Services, Identity Gateway, and Ping Identity.
- Cloud Platform Management: Architect and deploy solutions on AWS and Azure using Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux.
- DevSecOps Automation: Build CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions; manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and Helm.
- Monitoring & Operations: Ensure system reliability and performance using Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Security Standards: Apply and enforce identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JWT, PKI, FIDO2).
- Collaboration: Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver end-to-end secure solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in IAM and DevSecOps engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with ForgeRock and Ping Identity platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana for monitoring.
- Solid understanding of identity standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, JWT, PKI, FIDO2).

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AWS, Azure Security, ForgeRock, or Ping Identity.
- Experience in large-scale IAM and cloud-native implementations.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST).
