Role: AxiomSL Configuration Solution Architect Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Initially 4 weeks – potential for extension Location: Hybrid – London Day Rate: Competitive Inside IR35 Role Overview The AxiomSL Configuration Solution Architect will play a critical role within Deloitte's DMS Digital team, leading the initial configuration, installation, and setup of AxiomSL financial regulatory reporting solutions specifically for the new UK entity, which is currently being established. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise in AxiomSL platforms and a strong understanding of UK regulatory reporting requirements. The architect will collaborate closely with Deloitte’s internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the UK entity’s regulatory reporting infrastructure is designed and implemented effectively from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Initial Configuration & Installation: Lead the end-to-end installation and setup of AxiomSL reporting solutions tailored for the UK entity, ensuring compliance with UK-specific regulatory frameworks. Solution Architecture: Design and architect the configuration framework for AxiomSL to support UK regulatory reporting mandates and Deloitte’s operational requirements. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with Deloitte DMS Digital team members, UK regulatory experts, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze UK-specific reporting requirements. Customization & Integration: Configure and customize AxiomSL modules and workflows to meet UK regulatory and organizational needs; coordinate integration with Deloitte’s existing systems and data sources. Testing & Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate configuration accuracy and compliance with UK regulatory standards. Documentation: Produce comprehensive technical documentation including configuration guides, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures specific to the UK entity setup. Knowledge Transfer & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to Deloitte DMS Digital team members and other relevant stakeholders on AxiomSL configuration and usage. Continuous Improvement: Monitor UK regulatory changes and AxiomSL product updates to recommend and implement configuration enhancements. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with AxiomSL financial regulatory reporting solutions, including configuration and installation. Strong understanding of UK financial regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements (e.g., FCA regulations, PRA requirements, Basel III as applicable in the UK). Technical expertise in system architecture, data flows, and integration techniques relevant to regulatory reporting platforms. Experience with database technologies, ETL processes, and data validation methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with Deloitte’s DMS Digital team, UK regulatory experts, and business stakeholders. Ability to work independently and lead configuration projects from inception to completion, particularly in a new entity setup context. Familiarity with regulatory reporting lifecycle and compliance best practices within the UK financial services environment. Preferred Qualifications Certifications related to AxiomSL or UK financial regulatory reporting. Knowledge of scripting or automation tools to enhance configuration efficiency.
