Azure DevOps Engineer | Glasgow (5/4 days on site) | 6 Months (Initially) | £600 (Inside IR35) | (Azure/Python/Infrastructure-as-code)

We're looking for an experienced Azure Site Reliability Engineer to lead the development and delivery of Platform Health capabilities across an enterprise Azure environment. This is a high-profile role where you'll work closely with engineering teams and leadership to define reliability strategy, enhance observability and drive Azure platform readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Azure Platform Health roadmap.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code using automation tools.
  • Integrate Azure services using REST APIs.
  • Drive cloud security best practices, including RBAC, encryption, and CMK.

Key Skills:

  • Proven Azure Site Reliability Engineer or Platform Engineer experience.
  • Hands-on Azure and Infrastructure as Code experience.
  • Experience with automation and monitoring tools.
  • Background working in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
