Job Description
As a senior individual contributor at worx-ai, you will own the end-to-end Azure infrastructure for high-impact generative AI engagements. You'll bridge the gap between architectural design and technical execution, deploying AKS clusters, Terraform modules, and Azure OpenAI services to enable scalable AI workloads for the world’s largest organizations.

What You Will Do
- Design and implement robust Azure-native landing zones, AKS clusters, and GitOps-driven deployment pipelines to support mission-critical generative AI workloads.
- Build and manage production-grade infrastructure for Azure OpenAI, including RAG systems and GPU-optimized inference engines that handle enterprise-scale data.
- Architect and maintain reusable Terraform or Bicep modules to ensure consistent, secure, and observable infrastructure delivery across diverse Fortune 50 environments.
The ideal candidate
- Possesses deep technical expertise in Azure infrastructure, including advanced proficiency with AKS, Terraform/Bicep, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrates hands-on experience deploying AI/ML workloads, specifically working with Azure OpenAI, MLOps, or large-scale LLM inference infrastructure.
- Exhibits an ownership mindset with the ability to identify technical bottlenecks proactively and ship high-quality code without waiting for permission.
