We're looking for an Azure DevSecOps Engineer who enjoys solving problems rather than simply identifying them.

You'll work alongside Platform Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Infrastructure teams and Security stakeholders to translate security findings into practical engineering work. Whether it's improving Defender recommendations, hardening Azure services, strengthening identity controls or implementing compliance capabilities through Purview, your focus will be on reducing real-world risk through hands-on delivery.

Strong technical capability is essential, but so is the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. We value engineers who can explain why something matters, build consensus, and work collaboratively to drive remediation through to completion.

This isn't a role for someone who produces reports and walks away. We want someone who enjoys fixing the underlying problem and leaving the environment in a better state than they found it.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Security Engineering & Cloud Remediation

  • Deliver hands-on remediation of Azure security findings, taking issues from investigation through to resolution.
  • Improve the security posture of Azure environments by addressing misconfigurations, identity risks and infrastructure weaknesses.
  • Secure Azure services including networking, storage, compute, platform services and Kubernetes workloads.
  • Implement preventative guardrails using Azure Policy, Infrastructure-as-Code and automation to reduce repeat findings.
  • Partner with Platform and DevOps teams to embed security into delivery pipelines rather than bolting it on afterwards.
  • Translate technical security findings into clear engineering tasks and see them through to completion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
