We are currently seeking talented Build Technicians to join our Manufacturing team at our Gaydon facility and play a key role in bringing our iconic vehicles to life.

About the Role

As a Build Technician, you will be responsible for assembling vehicles and fitting components throughout various stages of the production process. Working as part of a skilled and dedicated team, you will ensure all work is carried out in accordance with established processes, standards, and quality requirements, contributing to the exceptional levels of craftsmanship for which Aston Martin is renowned.

  • Use the EASE system to complete assembly operations, ensuring all work meets VIS quality standards and is delivered safely, efficiently, and within production cycle times.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and company housekeeping policies.
  • Support continuous improvement, productivity, and quality initiatives across the production environment.
  • Contribute to lean manufacturing and first-line maintenance activities.
  • Maintain organized work areas and ensure controlled substances and components are stored correctly.
  • Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to support other areas of manufacturing when business needs demand.

Requirements

  • Strong manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
  • Keen eye for quality.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of vehicle assembly would be advantageous.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Collaborative team player who can support and train colleagues on processes and role requirements when required.
