We are currently recruiting experienced B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineers for an exciting permanent opportunity offering an excellent work-life balance, competitive salary, and outstanding employee benefits.


Essential Type Ratings (B1)

  • A320 Family (PW1100G & V2500)
  • B787 (GEnx)

Highly Desirable

  • A320 Family (CFM LEAP & CFM56)
  • B737 NG & B737 MAX

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £78,000 per annum
  • Shift Allowance: £6,000 per annum
  • Base Package: £84,000 per annum

Additional Earnings

  • £500 per approved aircraft type (up to £2,000)
  • £500 EGR/Borescope qualification allowance
  • £2,000 Dual Licence allowance

Potential Total Annual Earnings: £85,000 – £88,500
