- Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off
- Hours: Flexible start times, days, and hours

About The Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for an B2 Licensed Engineer (CAA A320) to support their heavy maintenance activities on A320 family aircraft. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- To undertake any tasks within the maintenance operation that is in line with your individual skills, experience, and training.
- To ensure quality is consistently sustained, in line with the client’s requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Health and safety, airworthiness, quality, and client’s procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Initial Human Factors
- Human Factors refresher (if initial expired)
- Initial EWIS 1&2
- EWIS 1&2 refresher (if initial expired)
- Initial FTS 1&2
- FTS 1&2 refresher (if initial expired)
- CAA licence
- Logbooks (signed) showing 180 tasks within the last 2 years on type, OR Recency letter showing 6 months experience in the last 2 years Type certificate.
Experience
- Recent experience as a B2 Licensed Engineer on A320
- Right to live and work in the UK
