About the Role
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a B2 Data Research and Development Manager—on a temporary promotion or temporary transfer basis. In this pivotal role, you will:
- Lead the development, analysis, and implementation of data-driven initiatives to enhance the identification and reduction of fraud and errors.
- Oversee ongoing analytical activity, ensuring strategies remain intelligence-led and aligned with operational needs.
- Take ownership of key projects aimed at firmly embedding advanced data exploitation to proactively detect fraud and error indicators.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Align the team’s activities with the Fraud & Error Investment Case, bridging strategic vision with real-world operational challenges.
- Provide clear direction, prioritisation, and oversight to deliver initiatives that improve fraud and error detection.
- Ensure initiatives are implemented effectively in a live operational environment, maintaining peak performance.
