As our B2B division continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious B2B Account Executive to help develop new business, manage customer accounts and build long-term relationships with companies across the UK.

This is an opportunity to join a business that's investing in technology, AI, automation and growth. As the business grows, you'll have the opportunity to grow with us.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing business customers, supporting them from their first enquiry through to ongoing account management.

Working with businesses across a range of industries, you'll provide pricing, product advice and account support while helping customers purchase refurbished smartphones, tablets, laptops and other technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Business Development

  • Contact prospective business customers by phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Build relationships that generate repeat business.
  • Follow up quotations and commercial opportunities.
  • Help grow The Big Phone Store's B2B customer base.

Account Management

  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts.
  • Build long-term relationships with business customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Become a trusted point of contact for your customers.

Commercial Support

  • Prepare quotations, pricing and stock availability.
  • Work with internal departments to deliver customer orders.
  • Help customers find suitable products for their requirements.

CRM & Administration

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Manage follow-up activities and sales pipelines.
  • Record customer interactions and opportunities.
  • Produce basic sales reports when required.

Skills Needed

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or a similar commercial role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence speaking with business customers.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Good IT skills and confidence using CRM systems.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.

Experience within telecoms, technology, recruitment, wholesale or trade sales would be advantageous but is not essential.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, permanent.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Core hours: 9:00am–5:30pm.
  • Office-based role in Wolverhampton.
