B2B Appointment Setter

Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Fully Flexible, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm

We're looking for confident and professional communicators to join our growing B2B team. If you enjoy speaking with businesses, building relationships and working towards targets in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contacting businesses via telephone to discuss their financial requirements.
  • Identifying opportunities and introducing relevant financial solutions on behalf of our client.
  • Booking qualified appointments for specialist advisors.
  • Building rapport with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Accurately updating client CRM systems with call outcomes and appointment details.
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets while delivering excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 12 months' B2B appointment setting experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Confidence speaking with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • A professional and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems is desirable.
  • Good IT and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
