Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic B2B Appointment Setter to join our growing team. This is a full-time remote position focused on generating qualified sales opportunities for our Business Development team.
You'll be speaking with decision-makers across a wide range of industries, introducing Be-Safe Technologies and booking product demonstrations for our experienced sales consultants.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives on achieving targets, and wants to be part of a fast-growing SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective business customers across the UK.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, including Health & Safety, HR and Operations professionals.
- Generate interest in Compliance Genie® and Contractor Genie®.
- Qualify opportunities and book high-quality appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records within our CRM system.
- Follow up prospects through structured call campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed appointment-setting targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Previous experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation or inside sales.
- Proven ability to generate qualified appointments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience using CRM software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Experience of SaaS or software solutions would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Compliance or HR software is beneficial but not essential.
