We run a Leeds-based B2B sales business.

Grown to over 60 people in under 3 years.

This is an in office role, in Leeds

Our entire model is built around cold calling done properly - not scripts read badly, not volume for the sake of it, and not churning staff every few months.

We’re growing quickly and hiring around 5 people across multiple client campaigns.

This role is for people with experience in B2B appointment setting.

If you’ve booked meetings with managers, directors, founders, or CEOs before - and you know how to hold a proper business conversation on the phone - this will be one of the better sales roles you’ll see.

Who We Are (Briefly)

B2B only.

Multiple long-term clients across different industries.

Structured, professional, but not corporate or uptight.

Sales-led business run by people who’ve actually done the job.

Office-based team in Leeds - no remote chaos, no call-centre churn.

We care about results, reliability, and attitude.

We don’t care about buzzwords.

The Role

  • Cold calling UK businesses.
  • Speaking to managers, directors, founders, and CEOs.
  • Booking qualified sales meetings - you don’t close.
  • Working across different clients and campaigns.
  • Quality matters more than noise.
  • Your performance is judged mainly on meetings that actually happen and are qualified properly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Experience

  • You must have experience in B2B appointment setting, telemarketing, SDR, BDE, lead generation, or a similar phone-based sales role.
  • Ideally, you’ll have at least 6-12 months of experience booking meetings with businesses.
  • You don’t need to be the finished article.
  • But you do need to know what cold calling is, be comfortable speaking to decision-makers, and understand the basics of qualifying a proper sales meeting.
  • Personality, intelligence, and attitude still matter.
  • But this is not an entry-level role.
  • We train properly - but we’re looking for people who already know how to get on the phone and have real business conversations.

Pay & Bonus (Straight Up)

  • £23k - £28k basic DOE.
  • Uncapped monthly bonus.
  • Paid per sat meeting - £20 to £85 each.
  • Good performers earn £32k+ in year one.
  • Overtime available if you want it.
  • You get paid for sat meetings, not sales.

Why This Is Better Than Most SDR Roles

  • Multiple campaigns - you’re not stuck selling one thing forever.
  • Clear progression and B2B tiers within the role.
  • AI tools, dashboards, and gamification that actually get used.
  • Ongoing sales training and AI role-play.
  • No micromanaging - adults treated like adults.
  • Incentives, games, birthday off, and a proper team environment.

We expect effort.

In return, we give structure, support, and a role that lasts.

Be Honest With Yourself

You’ll enjoy this if you:

  • Like being on the phone.
  • Have experience booking B2B meetings.
  • Can handle rejection without getting weird about it.
  • Turn up on time.
  • Care about doing a job well.
  • Want to earn more by being better.

You won’t last if you:

  • Are regularly late or “ill”.
  • Hate targets or feedback.
  • Want an easy ride.
  • Need convincing to make calls.
  • Have never done B2B appointment setting and just fancy “trying sales”
