Why we are here
Tony's Chocolonely is committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. With incredibly tasty chocolate, we lead by example, demonstrating that ethical practices and success can go hand in hand. Through Tony's Open Chain (TOC), mission allies like Albert Heijn, Ben & Jerry's, Jokolade, and Aldi have embraced a fairer, more transparent supply chain for their chocolate too.
What you will do
B2B and B2C ecommerce is a fast-growing and strategically important part of the Tony’s Chocolonely UK business and digital marketing plays a crucial role in that growth. In a post High Fat Salt Sugar (HFSS) / Less Healthy Food (LHF) legislation world, our owned channels matter more than ever. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimise our complete digital marketing campaign calendar across e-commerce, Amazon and B2B personalised products. This is a brand-new, hands-on execution role where you will plan, deliver, optimise and report on digital campaigns that turn strong brand storytelling into meaningful commercial impact. Your responsibilities will include maintaining our Shopify website, optimising for SEO/GEO/AEO, paid ads across LinkedIn and Meta and email marketing/CRM. The position is part of the UK Marketing team and reports to the Digital Communications Lead.
This is a brilliant role for someone who loves getting hands-on and wants to grow their craft across the full digital mix, with the Digital Communications Lead setting strategy and backing your development. It’s a hybrid role based in Richmond, London where we try to spend more days together than we do apart. Please note that this role does not include people management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
