B2B Content Manager (Product Marketing)
About the Role
We are currently working with a global software and technology organisation that is investing in customer lifecycle and partner engagement programmes across international markets.
We are looking for a B2B Content Manager to develop and manage customer lifecycle marketing content that enables partners to successfully engage customers throughout their journey. This role will focus on:
- Creating high-quality enablement materials,
- Translating product information into compelling content, and
- Supporting the delivery of scalable marketing programmes.
This is a hybrid role based in the London area with 3 days in the office.
This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop partner-facing content including:
- Playbooks
- Onboarding guides
- Toolkits
- FAQs
- Marketing resources
- Translate complex product information into clear, customer-focused messaging and value propositions
- Create and maintain scalable marketing toolkits to support partner adoption and campaign execution
- Manage content across partner platforms, ensuring materials remain:
- Accurate
- Up to date
- Easy to navigate
- Coordinate:
- Content updates
- Version control
- Localisation across multiple regions
- Collaborate with:
- Product teams
- Marketing teams
- Regional teams
- To ensure content aligns with business priorities and customer lifecycle strategies
- Gather feedback and performance insights to continuously improve content and enablement resources

Your Background
- Experience in:
- Partner marketing
- Account management
- Content marketing
- Customer lifecycle marketing
- Ability to translate:
- Technical or product information
- Into engaging, easy-to-understand content
- Experience creating:
- Marketing toolkits
- Enablement materials
- Playbooks
- Excellent content management and organisational skills, including:
- Version control
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience within:
- Software
- SaaS
- Technology environments (desirable)
- Exposure to:
- Customer lifecycle marketing (advantageous)
- Partner programmes (advantageous)
- Global content localisation (advantageous)
