B2B Copywriter (Mid-Snr)

London / hybrid

We're looking for a copywriter who shares that belief. Someone who can uncover what matters and make people care about it. Someone who can turn features into stories, and campaigns into conversations. Someone who's as comfortable developing a bold creative idea as they are writing a thought leadership report or crafting a high-performing ad campaign.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to help raise the standard of what words can do in B2B and prove that the most effective work doesn't have to look, sound or behave like traditional B2B at all.

What You'll Do

You'll work across a broad range of integrated campaigns, content programmes and brand initiatives for global brands and clients – ranging from enterprise to SMBs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Writing emotive, persuasive, engaging and insight-driven copy across multiple channels and formats, including:
    • Campaign concepts and messaging
    • Digital and social content
    • Landing pages and websites
    • Email and nurture programmes
    • Thought leadership and opinion pieces
    • White papers, reports and eBooks
    • Video scripts and event experiences
    • Ad and demand generation assets
  • Collaborating with creative teams, strategists, planners and client teams, getting involved the development of compelling campaigns and content strategies.
  • Translating complex topics into clear, engaging and commercially effective communications.
  • Help develop messaging, propositions and campaign narratives that align with audience needs and business objectives.
  • Maintaining consistency of brand voice, tone and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Being able to understand, interpret and work with audience, market and competitive insights to strengthen creative work and content effectiveness.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work against deadlines.
  • Editing and proofreading copy and content to ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency.
  • Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and innovations and evolving B2B marketing best practices.

AI & content creation

As AI is changing how creative and content work is made, we're looking for someone who has a strong and positive point of view on AI and understands how to use it responsibly to improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of their work.

This Could Include

  • Research acceleration and insight gathering
  • Content optimisation and adaptation
  • Workflow automation and productivity enhancement
  • And AI-assisted content workflows

Most importantly, you'll know where AI adds value, where human creativity matters most and how to combine both.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a copywriting or content role, ideally within a B2B agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, long-form content and integrated marketing experience.
  • Experience working with diverse technology sectors, professional and financial services, digital engineering, energy and communications.
  • An understanding of Account-Based Marketing principles and an ability to pivot from broad-reach messaging to personalised copy that resonates with specific accounts and personas.
  • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to develop compelling narratives from complex or technical subject matter.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, audience segmentation, buyer journeys and demand generation and how creative work supports business objectives.
  • Confidence presenting ideas and articulating creative rationale.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to your craft.
  • Curiosity, commercial awareness and a desire to continually improve.
