Creative Partnerships Director (B2B)
As Creative Partnerships Director (B2B), you will lead the development and management of high-impact strategic partnerships that accelerate revenue growth, extend market presence, and enhance our product offerings. Working in close collaboration with key commercial stakeholders, you will shape and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that is firmly aligned with overall business objectives.
Alongside managing and growing an established Fleet News client portfolio, you will identify and secure new partnership opportunities, cultivate strong external relationships, and develop collaborative initiatives that drive customer acquisition, brand growth, and market expansion. The role requires focus on both incoming and proactive brief / pitching.
While your primary focus will be across the Fleet News portfolio, you will also play a pivotal role in supporting the wider B2B team, transferring successful initiatives and strengthening partnership capabilities across the AM and RAIL brands. A key priority will be driving growth across the digital portfolio and content marketing business: spotting opportunities across the full client base and empowering individual account handlers to maximise commercial success and client value.
This role calls for a confident blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and creative collaboration — with a talent for forging mutually beneficial partnerships that deliver measurable results and lasting value for the business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and grow revenue from an established client portfolio, deepening relationships and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively identify and convert new business across multiple sectors and platforms.
- Sell integrated, cross-platform solutions spanning print, digital, and events.
- Develop a thorough understanding of client objectives to position solutions that deliver genuine, measurable value.
- Build compelling, tailored proposals and persuasive sales arguments to secure new and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity within the CRM system.
- Present and execute a clear, structured sales plan designed to maximise revenue and opportunity.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — including marketing, events, editorial, and production — to ensure outstanding client outcomes.
- Support the wider B2B Commercial team in identifying opportunities, leading ideation, and delivering market-leading pitches.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
