About The Role
As a B2B Energy Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses across the UK secure competitive energy contracts. Working in a fast-paced outbound sales environment, you’ll be responsible for engaging with business decision-makers, identifying opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and delivering tailored energy solutions.
- Making high volumes of outbound cold calls to business decision-makers
- Generating and managing your own sales pipeline
- Identifying opportunities and qualifying potential customers
- Building strong client relationships and understanding customer needs
- Managing customers throughout the sales process
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets

Essential
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an outbound cold-calling sales environment
- Experience working towards and achieving sales targets
- Confidence speaking with decision-makers over the phone
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- A resilient, driven and competitive mindset
Desirable
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Previous energy industry experience
- Experience selling utility, telecoms, merchant services or similar products
