JOB TYPE: 6 month contract. August Start

SALARY: £326 per day PAYE plus holiday pay


Do you excel at delivering world-class, high-touch experiences for Executive-level audiences in enterprise technology? This role offers the chance to own Executive-level events and high-profile sporting and cultural hospitality for the UK and Ireland.

ABOUT THE ROLE

What you'll be doing

  • Own the end-to-end project management of premium, C-suite executive programmes across the UKI, including bespoke roundtables, intimate dinners, and high-profile sporting and cultural hospitality
  • Collaborate with external agencies, internal content teams, and global stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences within brand and budget guidelines
  • Manage the C-suite guest nomination pipeline, applying data-driven invitation strategy frameworks to prioritise and allocate event access.
  • Draft personalised, high-level communications, speech talk tracks, and fireside chat scripts on behalf of senior internal leadership
  • Execute targeted direct mail campaigns tailored specifically for senior executives, from initial concept through to fulfillment and tracking
  • Maintain meticulous project plans, run-of-show documentation, host briefing materials, and accurate CRM campaign records

ABOUT YOU

What we're looking for

Essential Criteria

  • Proven track record in B2B field marketing or events, ideally within the enterprise technology space
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to run multiple complex events simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management, demonstrating the confidence to work directly with, and write on behalf of, VP and C-level executives
  • Strategic analytical skills, capable of designing and executing structured data frameworks for complex guest allocation choices
  • Technical comfort using spreadsheet tools and leveraging AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to elevate written outputs
  • High professional discretion when managing confidential guest information and high-value customer relationships

Desirable:

  • Experience managing high-end, premium VIP hospitality or executive customer programmes
  • Prior experience navigating a complex, global matrixed marketing environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar platforms to run campaign reports and manage data
  • Experience planning and executing high-touch direct mail initiatives for C-suite audiences
