Location: Samsung Experience Store, London Oxford St
Pay: £30,784 - £35,000 DOE
Hours: 40HR (Mon-Fri)

Role Summary
As a B2B Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering Samsung's premium Business Experience Showroom experience, acting as the primary host, presenter, and ambassador for visiting business customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Your role will be to bring Samsung's end-to-end B2B proposition to life through engaging demonstrations, guided tours, and tailored customer experiences. Working closely with Samsung's B2B teams, you will ensure every visit is professionally planned, expertly delivered, and executed to the highest standard.
Your focus will be on education, customer engagement, storytelling, and delivering memorable experiences that showcase Samsung's innovation, products, services, and solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Showroom Delivery
- Deliver world-class guided tours and demonstrations for business customers, channel partners, and guests.
- Bring Samsung's B2B ecosystem to life through engaging presentations, demonstrations, and customer journeys.
- Ensure visitors leave with a clear understanding of Samsung's products, services, solutions, and business capabilities.
- Act as the face of the showroom, creating memorable experiences that reflect Samsung's premium brand standards.
- Tailor presentations and demonstrations to meet the objectives and interests of different customer groups.
- Confidently engage audiences ranging from small customer meetings to larger corporate presentations.

Visit Planning & Coordination
- Work closely with Samsung's B2B sales teams to understand customer requirements and tailor experiences accordingly.
- Manage showroom bookings, scheduling, and visitor planning.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, room setup, hospitality, and catering requirements where required.
- Ensure every customer visit is fully prepared and professionally executed.
Showroom Ownership
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation and presentation standards of the showroom.
- Ensure the showroom remains in a constant "demo-ready" state.
- Maintain all displays, devices, demonstrations, and customer touchpoints to the highest standard.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure all technology and demonstrations are fully operational.
- Escalate maintenance, operational, or technical issues where necessary.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong working relationships with Samsung's B2B teams across multiple divisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure showroom content remains relevant, engaging, and up to date.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback following visits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the showroom experience and customer journey.
