B2B Growth Copywriter (Demand Generation)

We’re looking for a B2B Growth Copywriter to join our global Demand Generation team and own the messaging layer behind our campaigns, landing pages, and ABM programs.
This is not a “blog writer” role. This is about writing, testing, and optimizing content that drives conversions and revenue—powered by AI.
Location: London (Hybrid)
What You’ll Actually Do
- Write and optimize high-performing LinkedIn & Google Ads copy
- Run A/B tests on messaging, headlines, and value propositions across campaigns and landing pages
- Own messaging for landing pages (Unbounce) and continuously improve conversion rates
- Create ABM-focused content for target accounts and segments
- Support email campaigns and SDR outreach with clear, compelling messaging
- Develop SEO-driven content aligned with business intent (not fluff)
- Improve website messaging across solutions, products, and key pages
- Work closely with demand gen, product marketing, and sales to align messaging with real market needs
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to generate, iterate, test, and scale content faster
- Continuously experiment with multiple messaging angles using AI to improve performance

What Success Looks Like
- Improved conversion rates across landing pages and campaigns
- Stronger CTR and engagement across paid media
- Consistent A/B testing cadence leading to measurable performance gains
- Increased content velocity and testing output using AI
- Clear AI-driven visibility into what messaging works (and why)
- Messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives action
- Content that contributes to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in B2B copywriting, content, or growth marketing
- Proven ability to write conversion-focused copy (ads, landing pages, emails)
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, testing, and efficiency
- Strong interest in testing, experimentation, and performance marketing
- Understanding of B2B audiences and complex products/services
- Ability to adapt messaging across different personas and industries
- Experience with SEO content targeting real business intent
- A mindset of continuous learning, iteration, and optimization
- Proven track record working for a Born-in-the-Cloud or Cloud-Native technology company — Must have
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
