We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive, known internally as Customer Communications Executive, to join our Brand and Communications team on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working across channels, building relationships, and turning complex information into clear, customer-focused communications.
The role
Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communications, you will help deliver and measure our customer communications programme across email, events, and community channels. You will work closely with colleagues across product management, support, and professional services to ensure our communications are relevant, timely, and valuable.

What You Will Be Doing
Maintaining a regular customer communications programme that supports engagement and retention across the customer lifecycle. Creating clear, customer-focused content by gathering information, writing, and publishing across relevant channels. Promoting customer stories internally and externally to support advocacy and shared learning. Supporting the planning and delivery of customer-focused user events, both online and face to face. Developing and maintaining customer data within Salesforce, including preference centres and reference site tracking. Contributing to our customer advocacy programme by building trusted relationships with key customers. Supporting campaign measurement through regular reporting and insight. Playing a role in the development of a new community platform for the System C user community.

What You Will Bring
Strong experience in a B2B marketing or communications role, technology experience is helpful but not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with hands-on experience producing marketing content. Experience using Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform. The ability to manage projects and deliver results to agreed timescales. A proactive, positive approach, with strong attention to detail and quality. A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.
