B2B Marketing Executive

London | Full-Time

We’re looking for a commercially minded B2B Marketing Executive to support our thriving B2B marketing strategy across experiential, live entertainment, media, and cultural offerings.

This is a dynamic opportunity for an ambitious marketer eager to develop within a fast-paced business where entertainment, technology, culture, and brand partnerships intersect.


The Role

You’ll work closely with the Director of Strategic Growth, Insights & Engagement, supporting a wide range of B2B marketing initiatives targeted at agencies, brands, promoters, media owners, and commercial partners. Your responsibilities will span creating compelling marketing assets, coordinating industry events, and driving engagement—ensuring our commercial growth efforts are impactful and results-driven.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the B2B marketing strategy across multiple commercial propositions
  • Creating presentations, sales collateral, case studies, and marketing materials
  • Assisting with partnership pitches, campaign wrap reports, and credentials
  • Coordinating marketing activity around key commercial opportunities and cultural moments
  • Supporting lead generation through CRM campaigns, email marketing, and industry engagement
  • Managing and updating CRM databases, campaign reporting, and marketing documents
  • Contributing to thought leadership content, newsletters, and LinkedIn communications
  • Coordinating attendance at major industry events, including invitations, guest lists, and logistics
  • Collaborating with commercial, partnerships, and venue teams to support revenue-generating initiatives
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing reporting and insights for future projects
  • Providing administrative support across the marketing team, including diary management, meeting coordination, and project tracking

About You

  • Experience: Around three years in marketing, partnerships, events, media, or entertainment
  • Education & Mindset: Proactive, creative, and eager for the next challenge in a dynamic workplace
  • B2B Marketing Focus: Past experience in B2B marketing or commercial marketing preferred

The successful candidate will also bring:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience producing presentations, marketing collateral, and digital content
  • Commercial acumen with an interest in partnerships and client engagement
  • CRM knowledge (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Confidence in building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A genuine passion for media, entertainment, live events, and culture
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop
