Responsibilities
Your role will be ** flexibility** with a mix of key areas:

Email marketing:
- Manage copywriting, graphics, strategy, and optimisation for newsletters, product updates, and exclusive promotions.

Social media growth management:
- Grow our LinkedIn (our primary channel) by testing new content formats.
- Assist in expanding our presence on YouTube and launching Twitter.

Graphic design:
- Maintain our visual identity across all marketing channels (with support and training provided).

Website:
- Help design, perform SEO activities, and optimise UX.
- Collaborate on launching new formats that align with our brand identity.

Analytics:
- Continuously measure and improve performance metrics across channels.
- Work towards challenging targets and KPIs.

What We Expect From You
We don’t require specific prior work experience – training is provided and we welcome candidates from all backgrounds. However:
- You must hold a UK work permit.
- You should have (or be pursuing) a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent).
We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- A relentless drive to excel in their role.
- A strong work ethic with urgency.
- Ownership mentality – proactive, committed, and accountable.
- Curiosity about people, with a passion for speaking, building, and nurturing relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong ability to structure, prioritise, and organise work.
Start Date: Flexible Location: Onsite (Monday to Friday) at our Buckingham Gate offices, London. Collaboration is key to delivering world-class events throughout the year.
