The Opportunity:
I am looking for a talented B2B Marketing Lead to deliver the company's national referrer marketing programmes, building trusted relationships with community, corporate partners, and NHS stakeholders.
The Role:
As B2B Marketing Lead, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering national referrer engagement activity, helping to strengthen relationships with key partners and improve referral performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver national referrer engagement programmes aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives, developing targeted communications, education, and CPD initiatives for professional partners.
- Support field teams, clinical teams, and corporate partners through campaigns, messaging, and engagement activity that builds referral confidence and strengthens relationships.
- Analyse referrer behaviour, identify barriers, and develop solutions to improve engagement, repeat referrals, and partner performance.
- Ensure consistent messaging across regions and networks, while measuring the impact of campaigns, events, webinars, and professional marketing activity.

About You:
We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer who understands how to engage professional audiences and influence decision-making through effective communications and relationship-building.
- Experience in B2B marketing, engagement marketing, or partnership marketing.
- Experience communicating with professional, technical, or regulated audiences.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Proven experience planning and delivering campaigns and engagement programmes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative approach with experience working across teams and stakeholders.

Desirable Experience:
- Healthcare, NHS, or regulated sector experience.
- Experience supporting field-based or account management teams.
- Background in education, CPD programmes, or professional events.
- Experience working within multi-site organisations.
- Understanding of referral-led services or professional partner networks.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), email marketing platforms, and reporting dashboards.
- Strong understanding of marketing compliance, data protection, and healthcare communications.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency while creating credible communications for professional audiences.
- Understanding of customer journeys, referral pathways, and engagement planning.
