Survey Solutions is a leading engineering surveyor specialising in land, measured building and underground utility surveys as well as monitoring and site engineering schemes. We have a network of nine offices with our teams of surveyors and engineers working on some of the UK's major construction and infrastructure developments.
Role Overview
We are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join Survey Solutions at our Birmingham head office on a full-time basis.
This position will help the marketing department achieve its short-, medium- and long-term goals by delivering impactful and targeted marketing campaigns across existing and potential clients within the UK construction sector.
You will have experience in B2B marketing with a strong interest and passion in digital marketing. You will be confident working across various departments of the business including regional operation teams and our business development and sales teams.
Main Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving multi-channel campaigns
- Driving increase in Sales inquiries (SQLs)
- Develop, Manage, and maintain multi touch attribution and real-time customer/prospect journey mapping
- Create long form content that can be used in web, social, press and media channels to drive thought leadership
- Drive implicit brand awareness through press coverage by seeding national trade and industry press with stories that are about the projects and engineering challenges we help to solve
- Maximise ROI of marketing spend

Requirements
Experience/Knowledge
- Experience of marketing within the UK construction/civil engineering industry
- An understanding and experience of marketing and sales funnels and using insights and analysis to drive effective decision making
- Working alongside operations, sales and business development teams as well as agency partners
- Good working knowledge of email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Pardot, Dynamics etc) as well as digital marketing tools for SEO, websites and social media
- Experience of launching digital marketing campaigns (SEO, advertising) including campaign analysis
- Creation and implementation of content marketing strategies to boost engagement and interaction with the Survey Solutions brand

Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Confident, professional and positive when working with both internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Excellent time management and organisation skills to manage multiple activities at a time
- Creative, analytical and data driven
- Competent in main Microsoft software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A passion for digital marketing and marketing automation
- Inquisitive with the ability to drive change and improvements
Qualifications and Additional Information
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license
- Degree, diploma or qualification in a Marketing related field
