B2B Marketing Manager

About Searchable Searchable is building the operating system for AI Search Optimisation (AEO). We help brands track, understand, and improve their visibility in AI search engines like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Founded in 2025, we're defining an entirely new category at the intersection of AI and search marketing. The Role We're looking for a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to be our marketing engine. You'll own strategy and execution across the full funnel but more than that, you'll be helping to build awareness of a category that barely existed two years ago. This is a foundational hire with significant growth potential as we scale. Responsibilities Category creation & market education: Develop content and campaigns that educate the market on AEO, "state of AI search" reports, thought leadership, and problem-framing that creates demand before pitching the solution Demand generation: Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid social, email, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM) to drive qualified pipeline Events: Own our events strategy end-to-end — plan and execute hosted roundtables, webinars, and community meetups; manage presence at industry conferences and trade shows; identify speaking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate pipeline Community building: Build and nurture a community of SEO and marketing professionals waking up to AI search — newsletters, Slack/LinkedIn communities, and regular touchpoints that keep Searchable at the centre of the conversation Content & thought leadership: Create compelling content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social) that positions Searchable as the authority in AEO Founder-led marketing: Amplify founder content and build a thought leadership engine around the founding team — ghostwriting, social strategy, and speaking opportunities Customer advocacy: Turn early customers into vocal advocates through case studies, testimonials, co-presented webinars, and reference programs Product marketing: Own positioning, messaging, and GTM for new features and product launches Analytics & optimisation: Track full-funnel metrics (MQLs → SQLs → pipeline → revenue), run experiments, and optimise spend and conversion Sales enablement: Build collateral, battlecards, and case studies that help close deals Requirements 3–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, AI, or martech Proven track record of generating pipeline and driving revenue growth Experience planning and executing B2B events (hosted, sponsored, and conferences) Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) Strong written communication you can distill complex AI/tech concepts into compelling messaging Data-driven mindset with comfort running experiments and reporting on KPIs Entrepreneurial energy — you thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you build from scratch Nice to Have Experience in category creation or marketing a novel product category Experience marketing to SEO/marketing professionals or enterprise marketing teams Understanding of SEO, AI search, or the broader search ecosystem Experience building communities or audience-first marketing programs Startup experience where you were the first or early marketing hire Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary (DOE) + equity Significant equity at an early stage in a market that is moving fast. 25 days paid vacation and leading parental and childcare policies Office-based, 5 days per week — we work best together in person

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
