As a leader in the market, we pride ourselves on providing unparalleled search tools, expert car guides, insightful reviews, and a comprehensive vehicle price guide. Our mission is simple: to empower buyers to find their perfect car efficiently and with confidence, while also helping automotive retailers reach millions of eager buyers.
At Cazoo, you'll be part of a team that's revolutionising the way people buy and sell cars. If you're ready to drive your career forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, Cazoo is the place for you. Join us and be a part of shaping the future of automotive retail!
The Role
Cazoo's dealer business is growing, and this hire exists to ensure our marketing keeps pace with it so sales teams always have what they need for better dealer conversations.
You'll own the dealer-facing brand—how we appear across channels, how we present the commercial case for working with Cazoo, and how we bring sales collateral in-house so you’re not dependent on external agencies. This is a bridge role between marketing and commercial that sits close to the sales floor, requiring two days a week in Richmond, directly engaging with the teams you support.
What You’ll Be Working On

- Build and run always-on activity (paid + organic social media, email, trade press, and online channels) to:
- Raise awareness among dealers
- Drive inbound leads
- Manage end-to-end production of:
- Newsletters
- Trend reports
- Audience insights
- Product updates
- Brief and collaborate with agencies where needed
- Track performance in GA4 and Salesforce to refine strategies
Brand & Content
- Serve as the brand guardian for Cazoo B2B, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including:
- LinkedIn, YouTube, the B2B website, paid media, and sales collateral
- Oversee organic social media

Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
