Position
Full Time Location: Middlesex Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 GBP per year
About the Role
We are working with a growing technology business in Middlesex seeking to appoint a Marketing Manager to drive its marketing strategy and support its next stage of growth.
This hands-on, cross-functional role involves delivering the full marketing mix—from strategy and campaign planning to daily execution. You’ll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and the commercial team to:
- Increase brand awareness
- Generate high-quality leads
- Strengthen the company’s position in the market

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy and annual plan
- Define KPIs and ensure alignment with business objectives

Campaign Execution
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across:
- Digital marketing
- Content creation
- Events and collaborations
- Supervise social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn)
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
- Support lead-generation activities in tandem with Sales
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across:

Content & Branding
- Create and manage website content (optimising user experience and conversions)
- Develop marketing collateral (blogs, case studies, datasheets, sales toolkits)
- Execute event coordination (webinars, trade shows, client engagements)

Operations & Reporting
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers
- Oversee CRM systems and campaign tracking
- Analyse performance metrics and ROI reporting
Requirements
Experience & Skills
✔ 3+ years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role ✔ Proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within:
- IT, technology
- Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
- SaaS ✔ Strong Strategic & operational flexibility – ability to execute across:
- Digital marketing (SEO, social media, email)
- Content marketing
- PR & thought leadership ✔ Technical acumen – Experience with:
- CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot)
- Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) ✔ Copywriting & Content Creation: Ability to craft compelling messaging aligned with business goals ✔ Lead-Generation Focus: Results-driven mindset, focused on measurable impact ✔ Stakeholder Management: Agility in working across teams, external partners, and customers ✔ Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing automation, SEO best practices, and analytics
