About HPCi Media

HPCi Media is one of the UK's leading privately owned B2B media companies, serving the global cosmetics, pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Through our market-leading brands including Cosmetics Business and the Pure Beauty Awards, we connect some of the world's biggest beauty manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, packaging companies and service providers with highly engaged professional audiences.

Our portfolio spans digital media, print, awards, events, lead generation and bespoke marketing solutions, working with clients across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East.

We're looking for an ambitious salesperson to join our growing commercial team.

The Role

This is a genuine sales role.

Whilst you'll inherit an established portfolio of existing customers, around 50% of your time will be focused on generating new business through outbound prospecting, networking and identifying new commercial opportunities.

If you're looking for a role that's purely account management, this isn't it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
